Be a part of the NSLC Gala Awards show! Nova Scotia Music Week’s marquee event will showcase the province’s top artists and honour our best music from this year.

The Joan Harriss Cruise Pavilion will be transformed into a glamorous venue where you can walk the red carpet, rub shoulders with your favourite local stars and see rare performances designed especially for the Gala.

Performances include Jenn Grant, Classified, Kyle Mischiek, Dave Gunning, Mary Jane and Wendy MacIsaac, Erin Costelo, The Stanfields, Mo Kenney, The Tom Fun Orchestra, Rhapsody Quintet….AND features the NSLC Gala Awards Show’s own live house band.

Gordie Sampson is coming back home to Cape Breton this fall and he wants to introduce you to some talented friends…

Songs & Stories is an intimate performance with Nova Scotia’s best new artists, lead by one of our province’s most successful songwriters.

Discover new music from The Town Heroes’ Mike Ryan, Stone Mary’s Christine Campbell, Paper Beat Scissors’ Tim Crabtree…as well as Dylan Guthro, Heather Green and Jennah Barry.

Unfold the secrets of songwriting with Grammy award-winning Gordie Sampson and these promising new artists…Saturday, November 9th at The Boardmore Playhouse on the Cape Breton University Campus.

This special event is part of Nova Scotia Music Week, held from November 7th to 10th at venues across Sydney.
