Hometown:
I grew up on George Street in Sydney. Attended university in Halifax and worked many years for Emera the parent company to Nova Scotia Power. Prior to joining Destination Cape Breton Association I enjoyed working with the Black Business Initiative Society for three years.

Profile:
I recently returned to my roots here in Cape Breton after spending many years in Halifax. I have a son working in Halifax and a daughter in international development in Toronto. I enjoy curling, hiking, reading and any water sports. I especially enjoy nature walks to seek out the beauty of a water fall.

Favorite Cape Breton Experience:
A day in the highland national parks with a stop to canoe at Lake O’Law and time in Baddeck is all fantastic. Boating from the family cottages in Iona to the Bras dor Lakes is awesome.
